A West Elm Andes 2 piece sectional with Left-Facing Ottoman chaise and performance fabric. About four years old, its in excellent condition with no rips, almost no damage, and no stains. There is a small area on the left side that was pulled and cleaned with fabric shaver, but hardly noticeable. All cushions unzip for washing, except the ottoman topper. Comes apart into 3 sections for easy delivery. It has been professionally cleaned to freshen it up for a new home.
