Before use
This knife is intended for cooking. Do not use for purposes other than cooking.
When using for the first time, wash thoroughly with a sponge with kitchen neutral detergent and rinse.
Please check that there are no defects such as damage or deformation. Do not use if it is damaged or deformed.
Remove and discard the protective cap set on the blade when using for the first time.

Handling precautions
When washing, be careful of the blade.
Store in a safe place out of reach of infants and young children.
Do not cut hard objects such as fish bones, crabs, kapocha, or frozen products.
Do not use on hard objects such as metal or stone.
Avoid using it by twisting it side to side or subjecting it to impact. This can cause the blade to chip, break, crack, or bend.
As this is a blade, please handle and store it with care.
Do not allow children to use it alone.
Do not heat the blade directly over a flame or bring it close to a flame.
Do not place it near a fire. This can cause the handle to deform or discolor.
When holding the back of the knife tightly with your hand, place a cloth over the back of the knife when cooking.

Do not use bleach.
This can cause rust and deterioration. Be careful not to rub the blade with nylon non-woven fabric.
After use, wash thoroughly with a sponge soaked in kitchen detergent, wipe off the water thoroughly, and dry.
Can be used in a household dishwasher.
Sharpen once or twice a month. It will maintain its sharpness. (You can use a Tsutsuyasu sharpener.)
