This is a Rowe Oslo 3 piece Sectional with corner wedge. About 4-5 years old, its in great condition. The fabric is a gray/slate color on a very sturdy performance polyester material and all cushions cans be reversed and unzip for washing. Other than a bit of normal wear around the arms (see pics), there are no rips, no stains, no damage, and comes from a pet-free, smoke-free home. It has been professionally cleaned to get it ready for a new home.
