Please refrain from using metal scourers, scouring powder, etc.
After use, wash thoroughly with a neutral kitchen detergent, wipe off moisture with a dry cloth, and store in a place free of moisture.
Please refrain from soaking and washing. Doing so may cause mold and corrosion.

Handling precautions
Do not place it in a place with high temperatures, such as near fire. Avoid direct contact with the fire.
Store out of direct sunlight.
Do not leave it in a pot.
When using for the first time, there may be a slight smell due to the surface coating. Place it in a well-ventilated place to remove the smell.
Do not leave it with dirt or moisture on it, or leave it immersed in water for a long time. Doing so may cause mold and corrosion.
Since it is a natural material, there is some variation in size and shape.
If you soak it in something highly acidic such as vinegar or lemon juice for a long time, it may discolor or deteriorate.
